The health and safety of our clients is always of the utmost importance. Our advanced protocols include cleaning and sanitizing, following guidance set forth by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, the Environmental Protection Agency and other expert organizations.
50% deposit is required at the time of booking in order to secure your date. This deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE. The remaining balance is to be paid in full no later then 72 hours prior to your picnic. If we do not receive balance due 72 hours before your picnic it will be treated as a cancellation. Sorry, absolutely no exceptions.
Unfortunately , we do not provide refunds. The required 50% deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE. However, we understand that emergencies can happen. We will work with you to reschedule your picnic for a mutually agreeable date and time, If we are notified at least 72 hours in advance. Rebooking credit will expire after 6 months.
We know the weather can be unpredictable. We will work with you to reschedule your event at a mutually agreeable date and time or we can bring the picnic indoors. If there is a prediction for bad weather on the day of your event, we will contact you in advance to discuss options.
We book up fast and spots are limited. We highly recommend booking sooner rather then later. Planning a last minute event? We do require at least 48 hour advance notice prior to your requested date. We will do our best to accommodate last minute requests but due to limited availability last minute requests cannot be guaranteed. Don't be disappointed, book your event today!
Client is responsible to cover the cost (full retail price) of any equipment that is lost or damaged during your event.
