We create, set up and clean up customized picnics at your location of choice. Techs are on site for arrival but leave during your picnic so you have privacy, then return for clean up.
Just show up, have fun and then walk off into the sunset.

Please fill out and submit your form, we will contact you within 24 hours. We require at least 48 hours notice before the chosen date of booking.
Yes! You are welcome to bring food or beverage to your picnic. However, if the item is one that we provide through our customization or add-ons, you are required to request the item at the time of booking.
We can host your picnic anywhere on Long Island. Whether that is in your backyard, public park or beach! For any location that you are unsure of please feel free to email or call us! Please note some public beaches and parks do require a parking fee that will be the full responsibility of the client and their guests.
Just Imagine Pop Up Events does not provide alcohol. Should clients's choose to bring alcohol to their picnic it is the client's responsibility to research the rules and regulations on whether alcohol is permitted at their picnic location. Just Imagine Pop Up Events does not assume responsibility or liability for alcoholic beverages bought to or served at your event.
If you would like to leave earlier than the prearranged time, please provide us with a 30 minute notice via phone call or text. You are responsible for the picnic items until we are able to return and breakdown.
That depends on the location, number of people and a couple of other factors. If you have a special spot in mind, we'll let you know if you need a permit and can help with that process. Cost incurred for any filing of permits is the full responsibility of the client.
